I agree that during the “Bhakti Marga Fest” 2024 in America at the Paranitya Narasimha Temple in Elmira, NY, organized by Bhakti Marga America pictures and/or video recordings of me as a participant may be taken, for the purpose of streaming/music- on-demand/video-on-demand and live-streaming (real-time streaming) on the Bhakti Marga website or on the Bhakti Marga Facebook page, Flickr, or on the Bhakti Marga YouTube channel or on other internet-based networks, platforms or mobile apps. Content can be used and saved for this purpose. These recordings may reveal my sensitive data of religious or ideological belief. For these picture/video recordings from this event, there is a joint responsibility according to Art. 26 GDPR, of Bhakti Marga America https://bhaktimarga.us/imprint/ https://bhaktimarga.us/privacy-policy/ and of Bhakti Event GmbH, https://www.bhaktimarga.org/impressum/impressum-de. You can exercise your rights with both legal entities.
