Gayatri Devi is the primordial Divine Mother, and the embodiment of purity, wisdom, and spiritual awakening. She is revered as the Mother of the four Vedas and the source of the sacred Gayatri Mantra, one of the most powerful mantras for purification, inner transformation and liberation.

Join us for two days of joyous festivities to honor Gayatri-devi's Jayanti. In the intimacy of the Devi Mandir we will pray, sing, and celebrate together.

Friday, August 28 (Devi Mandir)

• - 6:00-8:00pm: Evening Prayers, kirtan, and Gayatri abhishekam - (guests may offer water on Gayatri-devi's uttsava murti)
• - 7:45pm: Raksha Bandhan 
  
• - 8:00pm: Prasad & Community Dinner (ashram)
• - 9:00pm: Shayan-arati

Saturday, August 29  (Devi Mandir)

• - 1:00-5:00pm: Gayatri Yajna (tent outside ashram)
• - 6:00-7:30pm: Evening Prayers & kirtan
