Tulsi Devi stands on a tiered pink lotus base, dressed in a bright yellow floral blouse and blue patterned dhoti, holding a painted lotus stem crowned by her green parrot, the classic companion of Vrinda Devi. Her face is finished with expressive eyes, tilak, and a red bindi.
